Found this ad in the March/April 1960 issue of Swiss Horological Journal for Olma watches. The watch featured in the ad is called the "Viscount," a manual-wind model with 17 jewels, Incabloc shock-protected balance, and a sweep second hand:
The brand was created in 1926 by Paul Jeannin Bourquin. He had started his business under the name of his son, Numa Jeannin SA, in Fleurier (Switzerland).
